Everything I build is yours — every login, API key, line of code, and doc. No contract, no required monthly fee. If you want to keep me on as your concierge afterward, you can — but that's a choice you make month to month and cancel anytime, never a lock-in. Stop any time and you keep everything I built.

Optional. If you'd rather keep a pro building with you, that's the Operator OS Concierge — a new automation every couple of weeks plus on-call help between, for $750/mo (founding rate, cancel anytime). Most owners start with just the build and add it later, if at all.

A VA costs $500–$1K/month and requires you to document every step and manage them. I build the whole system end-to-end — I do the discovery, build the automations, and hand you the keys. One flat fee. You own it. No monthly management.
